Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, in Erving, placed on probation until 2/9/18 with victim-witness assessment of $50, and must take and complete the Drug Court program in Greenfield. Charge of possessing a Class B drug, to wit, Suboxine, and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, both dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.
