NORTHFIELD — The Dickinson Memorial Library is holding a “Grand Finale” to end its summer library program “Exercise Your Mind” starting at 1 p.m. today.
The event features game-playing for all ages with professional game makers and classic games like hopscotch, jump rope and hula hooping. At 2 p.m., library staff will draw raffle prize winners and serve ice cream.
The event is free and no registration is required.
LEYDEN — Brattleboro Road is closed for maintenance Monday to Thursday from Zimmerman Hill Road to Greenfield Road.
The road will be closed between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., according to the Leyden town website.
BERNARDSTON — Due to recent drought, the Bernardston Fire and Water District is asking residents to voluntarily conserve water.
According to the Bernardston town website, residents are asked to limit outside water use to the minimum amount required for livestock, agriculture and gardens.
