Anastasia Keck will exhibit her two-dimensional mixed media pieces, which combine digital photography, printmaking and painting in Burnett Gallery at Jones Library, 43 Amity St. in Amherst.

The exhibit will begin Sept. 1 and run through Sept. 30.

Keck starts with objects and moments from her past and transforms their original form through layers of projectors, Photoshop and paint. She is interested in how any one object or moment in time has an infinite amount of possible meanings and significance, and that it can be woven into a story or visual field to create a variety of meanings and truths that expand and transform their original story.

The Northampton-based artist enjoys conducting experiments in a variety of media. She is a graduate of Hampshire College.

Gallery hours are Monday from 1 to 5 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Wednesday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The gallery is closed on Sunday.
