Dennis J. Sibley, 46, of Highland Avenue, Shelburne Falls. Charge of being the owner of, or the person in control of, a motor vehicle, did knowingly permit such vehicle to be operated by a person who was unlicensed or whose license had been suspended or revoked, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement written by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the operator of the motor vehicle informed the commonwealth he drove the vehicle without the defendant’s knowledge or permission; this new information would make the case impossible to prove going forward.
Taylor Cotter, 23, of Devens Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to larceny over $250, released on condition that he maintain participation in the Drug Court, continued to 8/30/16 for pretrial conference.
Adam P. Christopher, 26, of Federal Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for motor vehicle lights violation.
Jessica D. Pellerin, 34, of East Hawley Road, Hawley. Found responsible for unregistered motor vehicle, in Hawley by state police, filed with defendant’s consent, for one day. Found not responsible for speeding. Charges of number plate violation to conceal identification, and uninsured motor vehicle, were dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.
Jeremiah Alamed, 34,of Davis Street, Wendell. Pleaded innocent to larceny from a person, released on personal recognizance, continued to 9/8/16 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.
Casey P. Hoffman, 36, of Main Street, Northfield. Found responsible for speeding, in Bernardston, fined $100. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, was dismissed on request of the commonwealth.
Eric T. Cominoli, 20, of Old Turnpike Road, Northfield. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, released on personal recognizance, continued to 8/25/16 for pretrial conference.
Robin L. Leuthner, 38,of Chapman Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member, released on personal recognizance, C276 chapter, section 56A form filed by the Commonwealth, allegation of abuse under 276, section 56A, found, continued to 8/24/16 for pretrial conference. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.
Michael Naldrett, 67, of East Hawley Road, Hawley. Admitted to sufficient facts to operating under the influence of liquor, in Hawley by state police, but continued without a finding until 7/28/16, with 45-day mandatory loss of license, and OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment, head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the Driver Alcohol Education Program and pay the fee of $707. Charge of leaving the scene of property damage, was dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Must pay $65 per month probation supervision fee.
Benjamin A. Lopez, 19, of Federal Street, Greenfield. Found responsible for no inspection sticker, in Greenfield by state police, fined $50. Charge of number plate violation to conceal identification, was dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle.
Herbert Knorr, 38, of Abbott Street, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked for operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, fined $500, and given seven months to pay. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation,
Richard Duff, 25, of Colrain Street, Greenfield. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Charges of number plate violation to conceal identification, and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, and uninsured motor vehicle, were all dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle.
Bradley R. Simpson, 44, of Rockville, Md. Found not responsible for speeding, failure to stop/yield, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and unregistered motor vehicle, in Northfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, was dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.
