ORANGE — Rescue workers were called Wednesday evening following a car accident on New Athol Road.
State Police officials said two cars were involved in the crash, which happened around 6:30 p.m.
One of the cars rolled over when the vehicles collided.
According to police officials, at least one person, who was conscious when rescue workers arrived, was taken to the hospital via ambulance to be checked for injuries.
Town firefighters and police responded to help out. State Police assisted with traffic.
Representatives from neither the town Police Department nor the Fire Department could immediately be reached for comment.
