HATFIELD — The Northwest District Attorney’s Office says that David A. Healey, 53, of Shelburne was killed in Friday’s rollover crash on Interstate 91.
The accident was reported at 4 p.m. State police and First Assistant Northwestern District Attorney Steven E. Gagne were called to the scene.
According a press release from the Massachusetts State Police, Trooper Timothy Harris stated the initial investigation indicated a flat tire caused the vehicle, a 2000 Toyota Tacoma, to swerve and then roll over. The operator did not have his seat belt on and was ejected from the vehicle.
Healey was transported by Northampton EMS to Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, where he was later pronounced dead.
