GREENFIELD — A Greenfield resident and a juvenile were arrested early Wednesday morning following an alleged stabbing on Riverside Drive.
Sandy Moya, 42, of Riverside Drive in Greenfield was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and a juvenile was also arrested and charged after police received reports of two people having been stabbed outside that address around 2:28 a.m. Wednesday.
By law, police may not release the names of juveniles charged with crimes.
The caller, according to Greenfield police logs, reported a male with a facial injury and another male who had also been stabbed in the face and stomach. One of the two men was threatening to hit someone named “Hector.”
Medcare Ambulance was contacted to wait nearby and Montague police officers were called in to assist.
The two males were taken into custody at the police station, where they arrived following a stop at the hospital.
