GREENFIELD — Demetrius White, 31, of Turners Falls pleaded innocent Tuesday in Franklin County Superior Court to charges of possession of cocaine and possession of heroin with intent to distribute both.
If true, both charges would represent a second, subsequent offense. Bail was set at $10,000 cash or $100,000 surety without prejudice, but if White commits a crime between now and his pretrial hearing on Sept. 26, the terms of his release would be revoked. Also, White was assessed $150 for legal representation.
