Renowned Chef Alice Waters will be the keynote speaker at the Taste of the World Chef Culinary Conference at UMass Amherst on June 6 from 12:45 to 1:30 p.m.
The 22nd conference will be held in the Campus Center auditorium. The theme of this year’s annual conference is, “Food is Medicine and Food is Love.” The entire conference will run from June 5 through June 10.
Waters has written 15 books, including “The Art of Simple Food.” Tickets to the Alice Waters keynote are $50, which includes a $10 voucher for lunch.
