Greenfield, May 12, Judge William J. O’Grady

Troy W. Davis, 40, of Beacon Street, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, in Buckland by state police, sentenced to six months of the house of correction, with credit for time served, and all monies are remitted. Charge of second charge of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, was dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Pleaded guilty to larceny of a motor vehicle, sentenced to two-and-a-half years in the house of correction, concurrent with the first count. Charge of breaking and entering into a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Pedro H. Gonzalez Jr., 39, of the Wells Street Shelter, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to malicious destruction of property under $250 value, disturbing the peace, and breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, bail set at $500 personal surety, must have no drugs or alcohol, subject to screens/tests, must have no abuse of alleged victim, must abide by any 209A restraining order in effect, and ordered transported to Northampton District Court, and must report to probation here at least once a week in person, C276, Section 56A form filed by the Commonwealth, allegation of abuse under C276 Section 56A found, continued to 6/7/16 for pretrial conference. Charles A. Little, Jr., 54, of Holyoke. Pleaded guilty to operating with suspended license, and possession of a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine, in Greenfield, sentenced to 10 days in the house of correction, nunc pro tunc (set back to) 5/10/16. Found not responsible for possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. and number plate violation.

Charles A. Little Jr., 54, of Elm Street, Franklin County House of Correction, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, in New Hampshire, bail set at $5,000, continued to 5/26/16 for pretrial conference.

Leahkye Tompkins, 26, of 64½ High Street, Greenfield. Kaieb Gaudinier, 29, of High Street, Greenfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault and battery on a police officer, but continued without a finding until 5/15/17, with victim witness assessment of $50, must take medication as prescribed and must reside at Stockbridge House after the Worcester Recovery program, and must sign releases so that probation can determine if the defendant has attended programs ordered by the judge.

Kasieb Gaudinier, 29, of Phillips Street, Greenfield. Found innocent in a jury trial, for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a knife, and assault and battery, different date from previous case. A charge of armed assault to murder was not prosecuted, as according to a written statement from a counsel in the district attorney’s office, the case will be presented in district court and the remaining charges encompass the criminal conduct.
