BUCKLAND — On Thursday, the Shelburne Falls Water Department will shut off water from 8:15 a.m. to 3 p.m., on the following streets to facilitate the new water main connections in the North Street area: 95 State St. and 52, 58, 62 and 64 North St.
Residents in that area should draw some water ahead of time for personal use. Water may be rusty or contain air bubbles when it is restored. Do not wash a light-colored load first in your washing machine.
