Such a great feeling reading The Recorder news story “Eagles have landed.” Great News! Tyler Campbell and John Maloney became Eagle Scouts!
Tyler’s quote, “feels pretty fantastic.” John said, “will prove (we) know how to see a project through to the end.”
Too often, The Recorder must report about young people in trouble. But that day was “Hurray.” These two young men will forever be recognized as leaders who get the job done.
Here’s some ancient history: Through Boy Scout Troop 16 Stoughton, I earned the Eagle Scout badge. For me, that was so many years ago. Then I read this news story. Thank you Tyler and John … and Boy Scouts of America.
