DEERFIELD — The Selectboard represents two of the three contested races in Deerfield this year.
Selectboard member Mark E. Gilmore is running for re-election and faces Henry Komosa and Jonathan H. Prosperi for the three-year seat. Leonard T. Grybko Jr. and Trevor D. McDaniel will compete against one another for a one-year Selectboard position.
Planning Board members John R. Baronas and John F. Waite must beat back challenger Joseph Skalski to be re-elected to their seats.
The Deerfield election is slated for May 2, with polls at Deerfield Town Hall open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Tuesday was the deadline to register to vote in the town election, as well as the April 25 town meeting.
Assessor: three years, John P. Coderre.
Deerfield School Committee: three years, Geoffrey D. Sharp (incumbent).
Deerfield School Committee: three years, Jan R. Flaska.
Elector Under Oliver Smith Will: one year, Leonard T. Grybko Jr. (incumbent).
Moderator: one year, Daniel F. Graves.
Tilton Library Trustee: three years, Ann-Mary Cloutier.
Constable: three years, Sharyn A. Paciorek (incumbent).
Constable. three years, Roger J. Sadoski Jr. (incumbent).
There were no nomination papers taken out for the open three-year seat on the Frontier Regional School Committee.
