Must have no drugs or alcohol, subject to screens/tests, must have substance abuse and mental health evaluation and take any follow up treatment recommended, and must obtain a GED certificate. Must pay $150 legal counsel fee, or perform 16 hours community service. Must pay default warrant fee of $50. Must pay $65 per month probation supervision fee, after release from programs.

Chad R. Melanson, 38, of Walnut Street, Athol. Charges of uninsured motor vehicle, and operating with suspended registration, in Athol by state police, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker.

Todd C. Bachelder, 45, of East Main Street, Orange. Pleaded innocent to operating or owning a motor vehicle that doesn’t meet the safety regulations of the Registry of Motor Vehicles, unregistered motor vehicle, and operating with suspended license, released on personal recognizance, continued to 4/19/16 for pretrial conference.
