Michael J. Woodard, 66, of Bacon Street, Orange. Charge of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, for grand larceny in the state of New York, was not prosecuted, as according to a written statement from a counsel in the district attorney’s office, the defendant has removed the warrant in New York after appearing in person.
