SHELBURNE — Town Clerk Joseph Judd says anyone running for a town office must submit nomination papers by Monday, March 28. Judd says there are still a few vacant positions to be filled on the May 16 annual election ballot.
BUCKLAND — Town Clerk Janice Purington will be out of the office Monday through Wednesday, March 28 through 30; however the town clerk’s office will be open those days from 3:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Purington returns on Thurday, which is the last day dog-owners can get dog licenses and avoid paying a late fee. Her hours Thursday will be 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
