When: April 23 – June 4, Saturday Mornings; 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.; Where: Unity Park, Turners Falls; Fees: Early Bird Registration Fee: Montague Residents $30, nonresidents $35, (Last day of Early Bird Rates is Friday, March 25), Regular Fee: (Registrations after Friday, March 25), Montague Residents $35, nonresidents $40 Registration Deadline: Friday, April 1 or until roster is full.
Rookie League Baseball: Who: Ages 7 – 9, When: April 23 – June 4, Practices: Weekdays, dependent upon coaches schedule. Practices/Scrimmages: Saturday Mornings, 9 to 10:30 a.m. Where: Unity Park. Fees: Montague Residents $35, nonresidents $40. We recommend Kindergarten players start with Tee Ball before playing Rookie ball. This is a coach-pitch program. All players must bring their own glove, cleats allowed (non-metal); Enrollment Minimum: 10, Enrollment Maximum: Depending on the number of coaches, Registration Deadline: Friday, April 1 or until roster is full.
Nipper League Softball Who: Girls ages 7 to 9, When: Early April – mid June, Practices: Weekdays, days/times dependent upon coaches schedule; Games: Saturday mornings. Times, 9 a.m. to noon (varies). Where: Unity Park/Highland Park, and Murphy Park in Greenfield, Fees: Montague Residents $40, nonresidents $45; We recommend Kindergarten players start with Tee Ball before playing Nipper League. This is a coach-pitch program. All players must bring their own glove cleats allowed (non-metal); Enrollment Minimum: 10, Maximum: 13, Registration Deadline: Friday, April 1 – or until roster is full.
Senior League Softball: Who: Girls Ages 10 – 12 yrs. When: Early April to mid-June. Practices – weekdays and weekends at coach’s discretion; League Games – varies (weeknight/end) schedule, Home Field: Highland Park, Millers Falls & Murphy Park, Greenfield; Fees: Montague Residents $65, Non residents $70. All games are played at Murphy Park in Greenfield. Players must bring their own glove cleats allowed (non-metal). Enrollment Minimum: 10, Maximum: 13 (Multiple teams may be created if registration dictates). Registration Deadline: Friday, April 3 or until roster is full.
