The Garden Conservancy’s annual Open Days program will feature two private gardens in Franklin County, the Phoenix House Gardens and the Whimsical Shaded Hillside Gardens, allowing visitors to explore and appreciate the unique landscapes and exchange ideas with the gardeners.
