Two Franklin County schools, Colrain Central School and Gill Elementary School, were chosen among 12 winners in the statewide snowplow naming contest with their creative names “Master Snowda” and “Thaw Patrol,” respectively, which will be displayed on two MassDOT snowplows for the 2025-2026 winter season.
