The Montague Planning Board voted unanimously to approve new ADU bylaws that would allow homeowners to construct an ADU up to 900 square feet by right and up to 1,200 square feet by special permit, which would bring the town into compliance with the state’s Affordable Homes Act while providing added leniency.
