BERNARDSTON — The United Church of Bernardston at 58 Church St. will host its penultimate roast beef supper of the season on Saturday, March 8.
Seatings are at 5 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., with meals including roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, rolls and freshly baked dessert for $15. Reservations for a preferred seating time or orders for take-out meals can be made by calling 413-648-9306.
BERNARDSTON — The Cub Scouts Pack 3 will host its fourth annual pancake breakfast on Sunday, March 9, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Bernardston Vets Club, 16 Hartwell St.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children, with meals including pancakes, bacon, sausages, fruit, coffee, tea and juice. The meal also includes Cub Scout-made maple syrup.
NORTHFIELD — The Senior Center’s Happy Feet walking program will meet next on Monday, March 10, at 11 a.m. Folks are invited to meet at the lower parking area at 354 Old Vernon Road.
Seniors with a walker or wheelchair are encouraged to attend and dogs with leashes are welcome.

BERNARDSTON — The Bernardston Senior Center will welcome My Art Company for a pair of classes, “Using Shapes for Underpainting to Paint a Seagull,” on Tuesdays, March 11 and March 18, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

The workshops will see attendees working on canvas and easel, as well as learning to use shapes to guide painting and brush techniques.
Space is limited to 10 people, so early sign-ups are advised at the Senior Center or by calling 413-648-5413. A $5 donation is recommended and attendees should bring paint brushes and a pallet if they have one.
