Hi everybody! Long time no talk to! It’s not that I don’t care, or haven’t been listening, it’s just that I’ve been, well, preoccupied.

Since we are all shareholders, stakeholders if you will, in this great company of ours (yes, company, even I don’t want to be alone forever, after all!) there are those of us who support a hostile takeover of the outer manifestation of our values and beliefs.

Now, I’m not going to name names, there’s no need for it, but the debasing vitriolic slurs, bullying, and doom and gloom is uncalled for. Thre are tens of millions of caring, stable heterosexual parents, raising their kids with the traditional values of love and kindness and respect for others in this country, not to mention tens of millions of dedicated teachers with the same goals. (Personally, I am fortunate, lucky (blessed?) enough to have been given two of each, parents and teachers!

So please folks, for the love of God that we all share, let us recognize how good we have it, and to quote the great Morpheus, let us stand here, together, “truthfully, unafraid, not because of the path that lies before us, but because of the path that lies behind us!”

We are in a great country, unprecedented in the known history of mankind (yeah, womankind, too) and having thrown off the shackles of monarchy and tyranny, we must, we shall, endure. So yeah, (again), vote for Harris!

Michael D. Joyce
