Monday, Dec. 16

11:15 a.m. — Reporting party from Highland School Apartments on Millers Falls Road states she would like it on record that several packages have gone missing from the common area where mail and packages are delivered. The property manager has been notified and will be checking cameras. No police services needed.

5:20 p.m. — Reporting party from Fourth Street states a package was delivered from Nike at 1:18 p.m. and he received a picture confirmation to his phone. When he got home, it was missing. Report taken.

Tuesday, Dec. 17

9:40 p.m. — Reporting party from Old Stage Road reports her 24-year-old daughter is out of control and is destroying the house. Verbal, nothing physical. Female was gone prior to arrival.

Wednesday, Dec. 18

9:14 a.m. — Caller states her car is stuck in the automatic car wash at Doyle’s Car Wash on Montague City Road. States her tire slid off the side. She does not see anyone to assist her. Owner coming to assist. No damage to vehicle or car wash equipment.

Thursday, Dec. 19

8:27 a.m. — Department of Public Works advising there is a silver Audi with no plates and flat tires that hasn’t moved from L Street near the Nouria gas station for some time. Vehicle towed.

6:05 p.m. — Caller from Federal Street states she is getting messages through an app on her phone from a male party claiming he has naked photos of her and her partner and he will post them online if she doesn’t pay him $16,000. Advised of options.

Friday, Dec. 20

6:30 p.m. — Department of Public Works reporting via radio a vehicle crash at Turners Falls and Turnpike roads. Turners Falls Fire Department is reporting the same via the Shelburne Control Dispatch Center. Tows requested for both vehicles, front-end damage. Report taken.

Saturday, Dec. 21

7:19 p.m. — Reporting party from Millers Falls Road states he can hear people outside with tools and his vehicle looks like it is wobbling. Caller is concerned someone is trying to take parts from the vehicle. Officer checked the area and looked at the vehicle. No sign of anyone being around it.

10:55 a.m. — Caller from Fourth Street reports someone broke into her house and stole 30 pierogi from her freezer. She wanted the information logged and does not want to speak to an officer. Officer advised.

8:30 p.m. — Caller from Unity Street reporting her intoxicated boyfriend is trying to cook food and she smells fire. Does not see flames, does not see smoke. Officer advising there’s a small fire within a pan in the kitchen. Reporting party advised to call back if further assistance is needed.
