David Goldstein: Centrist Dems missing from scene

A recent letter writer mentions “centrist Democrats” in his Dec. 23 letter [”Where are the Democrats?”], but the truth is, there are no centrist Dems anymore. Just far-left kooks. Bernie, AOC, Ilhan Omar, and Pocahontas are extremists. When you’re for abortion, forgiving student debt, and a wide open border, you’re no centrist.

The writer also warns us about “the coming fascism that is Trump,” which is just more folly from far left, disgruntled Kamala Harris voters. The letter states, “Trump and the oligarchs is telling everyone who will listen who they are and what they will do.” And that’s exactly why Trump won in a landslide. No one knew who Harris was or what she would do (though intelligent people knew she’d be a disaster and would be even worse than Biden).

The letter writer doesn’t understand that his Democrat heroes are the enemy within (or maybe he does and doesn’t care). It’s painfully obvious that leftists detest America and want us to live in fear; and even though they’ve made a mess of the country with their insane agenda, low-information voters still wanted more misery and chaos from a Harris administration. But soon her decrepit boss will be gone. Are you as excited as I am?

All the people who hate Trump could always leave the country if they’re really that worried about the future. It’ll never happen, but I can dream. Make America great again, President Trump!
