Donald Trump beat Hillary Clinton in 2016, and I am very ecstatic and thankful that he beat Kamala Harris in 2024! It was a historic landslide victory that I will never forget (and neither will she). Truth be told, I was a little concerned Trump might lose since the news media kept lying about how close the election would be. Dead heat is what I kept hearing. But the polls can’t be trusted, and I should’ve been more optimistic.

But on Nov. 5, Harris collapsed in a heap and now liberals are sobbing and swearing while Trump and his supporters are having the time of their lives. Wish I was partying at Mar-a-Lago with all those happy people. What a glorious week this has been. Not too many smiling faces here in Montague, and the residents of Leverett must be crying in their tofu.

Way to go, President Trump!
