Jeremy Williams: It’s an ugly world, it’s a beautiful world

The contrast between good and evil is just a mindset away. It is true, it can be a very ugly world. As is also true, it can be a very beautiful world. It’s all about our mindset.

Whatever reality we are in at the moment sets the tone for an emotional response. When the world appears overwhelmingly ugly, remember we can change the setting. Just keep in mind all of the beauty that is in the world, and you can stay humble.

We sometimes tend to focus on all of the negative things going on. We can also be very hard and critical of ourselves. Instead, we should focus on our accomplishments. We can also focus on family, friends, and loved ones. We can remember how many good people are doing good things for great causes. We can continue to have gratitude for all the amazing acts of kindness that happen all over the planet every single day.

Sometimes the world just appears uglier than it really is. The true reality is that it is a beautiful world and there are many lights shining brightly throughout the universe. So many amazing souls who light the way for so many others. The world is only as ugly as we allow it to be. The real beauty happens when we stop focusing on so much on the ugly.

Focusing on all the positive moments and releasing negative ones is the key. I’m not saying bad things aren’t going to happen; it will never be a perfect world. It’s all in how you perceive it or allow it to dominate your every breath. Practice random acts of kindness. Remind everyone around you how much they matter. Hold the door open for the next stranger that walks through. Smile and laugh and be joyful to all entities. Spread love and joy as often as you can.

Just remember it really can be a beautiful world. We just need to continue to spread love and positivity throughout the universe. Allowing love to dominate your soul will set you free in so many ways. Continue to keep a positive mindset and give much love to all.

Here’s to lots of beauty throughout the year. Choose love and inclusion, that’s what a beautiful world looks like. Be good, do good.
