Carey, 49, of Marshall Street in Greenfield, was arrested on Lincoln Street for OUI-drugs (third offense); failure to use care while starting, stopping, backing or turning; operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license; driving at a rate of speed greater than was reasonable and proper; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; and possession of a Class B drug.
