Wednesday, May 8

7:44 a.m. — Suspicious activity reported at Tractor Supply Co. on Newton Street. Daniel Joseph Griffin, 42, of Conway Street in Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant.

4:37 p.m. — A traffic stop near BJ’s Wholesale Club on Colrain Road resulted in the arrest of Calvin J. Murphy, 34, of Aster Court in Greenfield, on charges of speeding in violation of a special regulation and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended for OUI.

8:11 p.m. — A traffic stop near the Speedway gas station on Federal Street resulted in the arrest of Caroline Koonz Arpe, 47, of Brattleboro, Vermont, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.

Thursday, May 9

7:18 p.m. — Suspicious activity reported on Water Street. Eileen S. Bauch, 55, of Union Street in Greenfield, was arrested on charges of possession of a Class A drug (subsequent offense) and possession of a Class E drug (subsequent offense). Also arrested was Felicia Marie Stetson, 22, of Chapman Court in Greenfield, on charges of trafficking in more than 18 grams and less than 36 grams of cocaine, possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug.

Friday, May 10

1:15 p.m. — Report of illegal dumping investigated at the Golden Nozzle Car Wash on Newton Street.

2:16 p.m. — Breaking and entering into a vehicle reported on George Street. Report issued.

5:55 p.m. — Jaquan Lakim Lewis, 32, of Iris Court in Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant at Iris Court.

Saturday, May 11

4:30 p.m. — A traffic stop at the John Zon Community Center on Pleasant Street resulted in the arrest of Lewis Edward Gordon, 49, of Davis Street in Greenfield, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle.

12:23 a.m. — Noise complaint on Chapman Street. Maryann Berthiaume, 66, of Chapman Street in Greenfield, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering into a building in the nighttime for a felony, assault and battery, and vandalizing property.

1:06 p.m. — Shoplifting reported at BJ’s Wholesale Club on Colrain Road. Report issued.

6:35 p.m. — Ion Covalenco, 27, homeless, was arrested on seven charges of receiving stolen property less than $1,200.

Monday, May 20

11:32 a.m. — Assault and/or battery investigated at the Franklin County Justice Center on Hope Street.

7:34 p.m. — A traffic stop near the Speedway gas station on Federal Street resulted in the arrest of Joshua Luis Lebeau, 21, of East Cleveland Street in Greenfield, on charges of passing violation, failure to yield/stop, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
