Bulletin board: Will Conant, Andy Lesenski capture Mac Sennett Two-Ball title

The 45th Mac Sennett Two Ball took place over the weekend at Country Club of Greenfield, with the team of Will Conant and Andy Lesenski taking first place with a score of 57. 

Connor Piecuch and Mike Bechard tied with Matt Matroni and Tom Herzig for second (66) while Alex Towne and Cody Booska tied with David Donahue and Lesenski and Lee Albertson and Mark Vincellette for fourth (67). 

In net scoring, Brendan Fleming and Mitch Rhodes tied with Jim Patterson and Matthew Patterson for first (64).

Dave Tranghese and David Ford were the winners in the White Flight with a score of 69. Dave Perlmutter and Dylan Archer took second (70) while Adam Holmes and Zachary Circosta tied with Keegan Downie and Ryan Sullivan, Pat Grogan and Phil Reilley and Scott Livingstone and Dennis Sullivan for third (71). 

John Stacy and Dennis Rabtor had the low net (60) followed by Terry Blanchard and Mike Duclos (61). 

Raye Young and Elaine Goodhind won the Women’s Flight (76) followed by Diane Carme and Goodhind (81). Nancy Robie and Nancy Donoghue had the low net (63) followed by Carme and Danica Hochstetler (67). 

Greenfield Elks League

Bob Walker and Bob Wondoloski took first (73 points), Gary Noga and Randy Bernard tied with Mike Larabee and Tom Rogers for seocnd (69) and Keith Schempp and John Stacy tied with Jim Elwell and Pete Quintana for third (68) in the Greenfield Elks League this week.

George Platek won closest to the pin on No. 2 (10 feet, six inches) and Brian Werme won it on No. 5 (20-11). 

Timmons-Messer

Doug Field and Scott Powers shot the low gross (36) and Jim Laford and Dan Arsenault had the low net (37) in the Timmons-Messer League at Northfield Golf Club Wednesday. 

Doug Turner and Tom Almstead had the low net, Dave Prevost won closest to the pin on No. 6 (11 feet) and Steve Lanoue won it on No. 7 (5-10) while Rob Schrader, Jeff Seymour, Almstead and Norm LaCoy were the medalists with a 38. 

Adult baseball

Tri-County League

TFAC/Parody Builders split a doubleheader against Easthampton Savings Bank at Westfield State on Sunday. Kalen Evans got the win and striking out four while Adam Hallenbeck and Tyler Baranowski each had two hits. 

Youth baseball

Denny’s Pantry 15, Lundgren Honda 4 — Vinnie Toothaker and Andrew Quintana combined for 13 strikeouts while JJ Grader and Toothaker doubled in Denny’s win Sunday. 

Brock Puchalski singled while Brody Suhl, Joe-Joe Locke and Brooks Williams scored in the loss.
