When my Black Lives Matter sign was stolen (for the second time), I was stunned. My town isn’t racist … is it? I started thinking about what I don’t know about my town. What are police policies on use of force? What is the K-12 diversity education for teachers, students, and parents? What are town officials doing to increase diversity of residents and businesses? I need to start asking questions. You too?
