The Town Clerk’s office will close April 29 and 30, as well as May 7, 10 and 14.
The office’s normal hours are Mondays and Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Lanoue Tree and Landscape Service of Colrain is again donating their services to Charlemont around National Arbor Day April 26.
Woody Lanoue and his crew will be trimming trees at the Village Cemetery this year, “for which we are very grateful,” a news release states.
The town’s Grange and Selectboard are hosting a public forum May 1, 7 p.m. at Fellowship Hall, 17 Little Mohawk Rd., ahead of the Annual Town Meeting.
The forum will include discussion on warrant articles concerning extensive zoning changes among other issues.
