First of all, I am quite pleased that John W Guenther responded to my letter. It is refreshing dialogue among the demands to dump Trump and the NRA. Mr. Guenther’s reply was three times the size of mine. My counter reply will be somewhat shorter.
So, number one. He believes that I “should reflect a bit more.” I have been reflecting on the Creator for the last 60 plus years, and on man’s relationship with Him.
One can easily spot a counterfeit bill upon intensive study of the original.
As for the evidence of God, look through a microscope; a telescope and into the human heart.
It is all there – the truth of the good; the bad and the ugly… just as Scripture thoroughly reveals.
The counterfeit god called humanism is easily discovered. The burden of proof therefore lies with Mr. Guenther that God does not exist.
One more item, and I quote: “His (Nikolas Cruz) behavior is not acceptable to us as social human beings.” So what and how come? In the name of tolerance and inclusion, why aren’t non-social humans acceptable? Must you establish laws to protect yourselves against them as you state?
You are heading towards a moral God with one foot on the gas and the other on the brake.
