GREENFIELD – James S. and Lucille A. Harris of 243 Silver St., will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on Saturday, April 16th at a party at 34 Griswold St., Turners Falls, hosted by their children.
Harris and the former Lucille A. Lapointe were married April 14, 1951 in Greenfield.
Mr. Harris attended Greenfield Vocational School. He was an auto mechanic at Western Mass. Electric Company.
Mrs. Harris attended Burbank School of Nursing. She was an OB Nurse at Franklin Medical Center.
The couple have four children: Kathleen Harris of Turners Falls, James Harris Jr. and family of Erving, Michael Harris Sr. and family of Smithfield, Va., and Edward Harris of Greenfield.
