I had the privilege of serving with Greenfield City Council President Lora Wondolowski for two years (we sat next to each other as Precinct 7 and Precinct 8 councilors).
We didn’t always agree but President Wondolowski listened to what I had to say and she was willing to dialogue with me, demonstrating professional respect for my opinion, perspective, and presence. I got to see Councilor Wondolowski in action — her leadership and people skills, her management style, and, most of all, her personality and character.
I also got to know Lora as a person — a mother, a daughter, a sister — and her humor, her sensitivity, and her commitment to getting the job done for the greater good. She is a go-getter and a doer.
Candidate Wondolowski has demonstrated her passion for service in the way she has impressively campaigned. I won’t always be on the same page with her positions, but I know she will be honest and trustworthy and that’s what we want most from our public officials. She has earned my vote.
