Baystate Franklin Medical Center. No butts about it but colonoscopies are not my favorite test. The folks in this outpatient unit deserve gold stars. They were kind, efficient and knowledgeable. The experience as we all know has its downright dirty outcomes but they did a good job even though I had some issues. Thank you Dr. Cesar and your staff. Give the nurses all a raise. And thanks for making me feel warm and comfortable.
