8:46 a.m. — Report of an abandoned vehicle on High Street. U-Haul was left in the lot. Waiting on a call from the Keene U-Haul to find out what they want to do with it. U-Haul moved. Services rendered.

11:35 a.m. — Report of a possible shoplifting incident at Green Fields Market on Main Street. Unknown if the subject stole a half gallon of chocolate milk or put it back in the cooler. Searched area with no findings.

5:11 p.m. — Officer attempting to serve a warrant. Male party located behind Franklin County’s YMCA. Party ran heading toward Prospect Street. Party was detained and placed under arrest on Prospect Avenue. Cody W. Desrosier, 31, of Armory Street in Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant and a charge of resisting arrest.

8:22 p.m. — Jamie E. Sears, 54, of Cross Street in Erving, was arrested after a traffic stop at Congress and Crescent streets on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and failure to stop/yield.

Tuesday, Dec. 9

12:18 a.m. — Clement Borrmeo De Guzman, 54, of Davis Street in Greenfield, was arrested on Davis Street on a warrant.

1:57 p.m. — Reporting party on Federal Street reports a scam from an unknown number claiming to be from the Greenfield Police Department. She was told she missed her jury duty and needed to turn herself in at the Police Station immediately. No money or private information was shared. Reporting party was reassured that she was OK to stay home.

3:23 p.m. — Report of two tires slashed on Cedar Street. Report issued.

4:27 p.m. — Tabatha Stacey Lippman, 37, of Oak Courts in Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant at Oak Courts.

5:14 p.m. — Reporting party from Pond Street reports the lights on her neighbor’s flagpole are pointed at her house. Unable to make contact.

Wednesday, Dec. 10

3:17 p.m. — Reporting party states someone lit a fire on the sidewalk by City Hall. A pile of papers was burned on the rear steps to City Hall. Under investigation.

4:17 p.m. — Reporting party from the Winslow building on Wells Street states he went outside for a cigarette and when he came back, his Wi-Fi was missing. Believes someone was in his apartment while he was outside. Reporting party called back stating that an exterminator had been in today and he moved things around. Wi-Fi was located.

4:18 p.m. — John Francis Nowell III, 46, of Kenwood Street in Greenfield, was arrested near the Sandri convenience store on Federal Street on a warrant.

6:12 p.m. — Reporting party, a juvenile, states he was assaulted by a male party believed to be between 35 and 40 years old. Franklin County’s YMCA reportedly has the incident on camera. Requesting officers meet at the front desk. Assault and battery charges are pending. Report issued.

8:39 p.m. — Donna M. Osper, 63, homeless of Greenfield, was arrested at Federal and Pleasant streets on a warrant.

8:48 p.m. — Officer conducting a follow-up investigation. Reporting party, with the juvenile son, states the juvenile is having a change of heart regarding wanting to pursue charges from the previous assault call. Spoke with both parties.

Thursday, Dec. 11

10:15 a.m. — Utility pole struck on Montague City Road. No indication of power line involvement, but cable lines caught on an excavator and are hanging a bit lower. Eversource notified.

4:17 p.m. — Reporting party was reportedly doing some work at a location on Deerfield Street and now the party that hired him is refusing to pay him. Spoke with the reporting party and advised him of civil options. Services rendered.

4:42 p.m. — Reporting party at Cheapside and Hope streets states he heard a loud “ruckus” and wasn’t sure if it was a vehicle crash. Tire fell off a car that was loaded on a tow truck. No issues.

Friday, Dec. 12

3:06 a.m. — Caller from Little Avenue states she just woke up and found her door open and her two golden retrievers gone. One male named Duke and one female named Daisy, both wearing collars. Caller states they are very friendly. Her daughter is out looking for them in the neighborhood. Caller later called back to advise her daughter found the dogs and they are home safe.

8:53 a.m. — Report of an unwanted person at Greenfield Savings Bank on Main Street. Reporting party states there is a black Ford Explorer in their lot with front-end damage and someone is sleeping inside. They are requesting the party be asked to leave. Currently taking up two spaces. Vehicle was moved without incident.

1:52 p.m. — Reporting party reports there is a pick-up truck in the parking lot of Walgreens on Pierce Street with a male operator who appears to be asleep/slumped over. All OK, just napping while he waits for someone inside the pharmacy.

2:13 p.m. — Reporting party on Country Club Road believes someone is hacking into his dog’s e-collar and shocking his dog. Reporting party believes his dog is being shocked by his neighbor when he is in the woods. Reporting party was told to monitor the situation and call back on Monday if it happens again.

Saturday, Dec. 13

12:03 a.m. — Reporting party on Conway Street states his upstairs neighbors are being very noisy. Sounds like they are running and jumping around. Loud music could be heard coming from the apartment and people could be heard inside, but no one would answer the door. Knocked on the door several times. No answer.

2:28 a.m. — Reporting party states AAA lost her vehicle. Reporting party states the vehicle was towed from her address at around 11:06 p.m. and was supposed to be taken to 649 Colrain Road, but it never arrived. Officer located the vehicle in the driveway of 243 Colrain Road. Reporting party is contacting AAA to have the vehicle brought to the correct address.

1:49 p.m. — Report of a female party asking customers in the parking lot of Ryan & Casey Liquors on Main Street to buy her alcohol. Gone on arrival.

Sunday, Dec. 14

1:30 p.m. — Report of an unwanted person at Green Fields Market on Main Street. Manager reports a male party is out front who is not wanted inside the store. Gone on arrival.
