Edward Wondoloski

Turners Falls, MA – Edward Wondoloski, 84, of Sunset Drive died Thursday 12/18/25 at the Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield. He was born in Montague on November 24, 1941, the son of Alec and Grace (Podlenski) Wondoloski. Ed attended local schools in Montague and was a graduate of Turners Falls High School.

Ed served in the United States Marine Corps during Vietnam, obtaining the rank of Corporal.

He was employed at Eversource for over forty years, retiring as a senior fields technician.

Ed was a volunteer coach for the Newt Guilbault League and at the Greenfield Skating Rink, where he spent most of his time enjoying his son play hockey.

He loved to hunt and fish and was a member of the Norwottuck Fish and Game in Amherst, Ma.

Among his survivors, Ed leaves his beloved wife, Alice (Gelinas) Wondoloski; a son Lance and his wife Megan of Keene, NH; a step granddaughter, Shelby Cranston-Weaver ; and two brothers, Jan Wondoloski, his wife Barbara and their son Christopher of Greenfield and Jerry Wondoloski, his wife Colleen and their daughter Sam of Turners Falls.

Ed was predeceased by a son, Jason Wondoloski.

A memorial service will be held Monday January 12 at 11am at the Kostanski Funeral Home, 1 Kostanski Square, Turners Falls. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery in Turners Falls.

A calling hour will be held Monday morning from 10am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
