Frank is a 2- or 3-year-old, 20-pound dog who looks like he may have some Norfolk terrier and some other breed of terrier in him. He can be cautious and shy with new people, but warms up quickly. Frank can be selective when it comes to what dogs he likes and does better with female dogs. He likes being around people, but can be independent and is not really a cuddler. Frank may need some work on housetraining, but with consistency and a regular schedule, he should pick it up quickly. Frank would do best with older children due to him being shy with new people.
