Dudley is a 8- or 9-year-old Portuguese podengo who came to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office Regional Dog Shelter from an overcrowding situation. He is a social, friendly dog who loves being around people and is polite to other dogs. Dudley is blossoming in foster care, loves to snuggle and is working on his housetraining. He walks politely on the leash, but can be strong and will lunge if he sees a squirrel or a rabbit. Due to his breed and genetic propensity to hunt, he should not live with cats or small animals. For more information about Dudley, call 413-676-9182. Credit: CONTRIBUTED
