The Easthampton girls volleyball team swept Greenfield, 3-0, in its regular-season finale on its home court on Thursday.

The Eagles earned their second consecutive win with admirable performances from numerous players. Brooke Skowron led the charge with 10 assists, six digs and two aces.

Easthampton’s Asiana Grady (five kills), Madelyn Youmell (six kills), Summer Routhier (seven digs) and Kaylin Dumas (four aces, four digs) were also on their A-game.

Set scores concluded at 25-20, 25-20, 25-18 in favor of the Eagles (6-12).

The Green Wave (13-5) suffered their first loss in four matches.

Frontier 3, Chicopee Comp 1 — The Redhawks won three straight sets after dropping the first to earn their sixth win of the regular season.

Frontier had a staggering 90 digs as a team, with four players tallying double-figure totals. Caitlin Maio led with 27, plus had the most kills with 11.

Cadence Martin also played well, dishing a team-high 30 assists, for the Redhawks.

Set scores were 18-25, 25-23, 25-23, 25-18.

Turners Falls 3, West Springfield 0 — Janelle Massey and Abigail Moffatt had standout performances for the Thunder in their sweep against the Bulldogs.

Massey mustered eight kills, four aces and five digs, while Moffat recorded a team-high 13 digs.

Girls soccer

Pioneer 5, Athol 0 — Maddie Keefe set the tone with a goal six minutes into the contest, then added two more to earn the hat trick for the Panthers.

Dzelila Cecunjanin and Amy VanDoren (first varsity goal) joined in on the scoring parade for Pioneer.

The Bears came up short for the third game in a row.
