Yes, hurry before it’s too late and the season ends! The best local sweet corn is Mr. Rice’s at 247 Millers Falls Rd. (Rt. 63) in Northfield. A very modest stand with one small sign near the Field Library. And yes, it is better than the famous local corns of now and from years past. Being a corn snob I assure, the sweetest, never picked too big, one variety with no “cutesy” names and …the best and fairest price of anyone I can find. Hats off to the small roadside farmer.
