Hooray for the Friends of the Greenfield Library for their mending classes and opportunities.
What a great but simple idea. Yes, it’ll reduce use of landfills but also create more re-use. Like the old-fashioned quilting circle, this will most probably become a space and time for quiet sewing, perhaps even hand-work, to soothe our souls with our fellows.
