Construction for Smokey Leaf LLC, owned by Aman Kaur, is well underway as of Tuesday afternoon. According to Greenfield Planning and Development Director Eric Twarog, the Zoning Board of Appeals approved a special permit for an adult-use marijuana dispensary at the 49 Bank Row building in November 2021. It was formerly the home of Karen’s Dance Studio. According to Twarog, Kaur has since received a building permit for interior and exterior work to deal with structural issues found in the wall facing Olive Street.
