WENDELL — The Wendell Craft Fair is back.
After a year’s break, the craft fair will return for the 14th time on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Wendell Town Hall.
According to organizer Johanna Bartlett, the fair will feature an “impressive array of local craftspeople,” with handmade items for sale just before the holiday season begins.
“I’m so excited. It’s a real Wendell tradition,” Bartlett said. “It’s such a good showcase of our local artists, of which we have many.”
Handmade jewelry, pottery and ceramics, fabric art, maple syrup products, soaps, clothes — and American Girl doll clothes — clocks, Santa Claus figurines and toys are just some of the items that will be available Saturday.
Featured vendors include Macle Designs, Take Your Time, Swift River Glass, Hey, Dolly, WEAVINGARTcetera, Sugarbush Farm and Dale Monette’s North Quabbin Photography.
Bartlett noted one exciting item available Saturday will be T-shirts featuring the Wendell town flag. Proceeds from T-shirt sales will benefit the Wendell Free Library.
The event is free and open to the public. Parking is also free.
