The Greater Shelburne Falls Area Business Association (GSFABA) and The Art Garden will sponsor the third and final workshop for artists interested in learning about H.A.T.C.H. (Hilltown Art & Thriving Community Happenings) on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. This new program is designed to inspire, support, and help fund creative projects that engage the Hilltown communities of western Franklin County and is funded, in part, by a Massachusetts Cultural Council.
Artists wishing to apply for seed money and the opportunity to present their project at a community hatching event on Saturday, June 25 at the Buckland Town Hall must do so by Friday, May 27. Up to five projects will be selected through a juried process; projects moving forward will be notified in early June. All selected final projects will receive mentoring and support through the GSFABA and up to $500 seed money.
