Greenfield, May 25, Judge Michael Ripps

Michael P. McFarland, 34, of West Charleston, Vt. Charge of possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, in Greenfield by state police Amended down from trafficking in 100 grams or more, or less than 200 grams, of heroin/morphine/opium. To be dismissed on payment of $500 court costs, with bail money to pay the court costs.

Orange May 30, Judge David S. Ross

Alan Barton Jr., 22, of Bacon Street, Orange. Two charges of larceny over $250, and one charge of forgery of order for money. Released on personal recognizance, continued to 7/21/17 for pretrial conference.

Izabela H. Wasylik, 30, of Northampton. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member in Wendell by state police. Released on personal recognizance. A C276, section 56A form was filed by the Commonwealth. An allegation of abuse under 276, section 56A, was found. Continued to 7/17/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Alyssa P. Seidenberg-Cespedes, 26, of Keene, N.H. Charge of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant for knowingly possessing the controlled drug, cocaine, in the state of New Hampshire. Ordered held without bail pending a hearing on 6/5/17 for pretrial conference.

Natalie Cespedes, 32, of Keene, N.H. Pleaded innocent to of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, for knowingly possessing the controlled drug, cocaine, possessing a Class B drug, to wit, suboxone, second charge of possessing a Class B drug, to wit, oxycodone, possessing a Class E drug, to wit, gabopentin, and second charge of possessing a Class E drug, to wit, clonazepam. Bail set at $5,000 cash or $50,000 surety. Continued to 6/5/17 for pretrial conference.

Michael J. Heath, 29, of Turnpike Road, Montague. Pleaded innocent to number plate violation to conceal identification, unregistered motor vehicle, and uninsured motor vehicle in Athol. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 7/8/17 for pretrial conference.

Diana M. Nunez, 36, of Chapman Street, Greenfield. Found responsible for no inspection sticker, fined $50. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended. Dismissed on request of the commonwealth.

Richard J. Lawor, 35, of G Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to being a sex offender failing to register. Released on personal recognizance, must register as required. Continued to 7/11/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Mitchell J. MacConnell, 25, of Worcester. Pleaded innocent to violation of an abuse prevention order in Montague. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 7/11/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Matthew J. McNamara, 53, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Charge of violation of an abuse prevention order in Northfield. To be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Scott S. Dean, 24, of Avery Brook Road, Charlemont. Placed on pretrial probation until 11/30/17 for larceny under $250 by false pretense, and must make $20 restitution to the Charlemont Fire Department, must commit no new crimes, must write a letter of apology to the fire department and agrees for ability to pay within six months.

Jeanelle Santiago, 32, of Springfield. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Greenfield. Released on personal recognizance Continued to 7/11/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.
