NORTHFIELD – Selectboard Chairman Jack Spanbauer will discuss the annual town meeting warrant during a presentation in Town Hall’s meeting room on Friday.
The presentation, part of the “This is Your Town” breakfast series sponsored by the Council on Aging, immediately follows the Senior Center’s 9 a.m. breakfast.
A $2.50 donation for breakfast is suggested, and reservations are encouraged. Call the Council on Aging at 413-498-2186 to reserve a seat.
LEYDEN – The Council on Aging is hosting “All About Bees,” a presentation by Chris Wayne of the Franklin County Beekeepers Association, on Thursday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in Town Hall’s auditorium.
Wayne will speak about bees, the threats they face and how humans can help. Local honey will also be available for purchase.
