Greenfield’s Town Council recently passed an ordinance banning single-use Styrofoam containers. I was wondering how many of the eight on this council who voted “yes” on this ban frequently stop at Dunkin’ Donuts to buy their coffee and or other establishment that uses Styrofoam containers for takeout.

Please in the future leave this decision to us, the consumers of Greenfield. For all of you who do not like the way an establishment operates, please do not shop there, or pass an ordinance banning something you do not agree with, instead of punishing the rest of us who do. Let capitalism sort it out.
