ORANGE — Annual town meeting never got off the starting blocks Monday. Moderator Christopher Woodcock sent everyone home when no quorum was reached by 7:15 p.m.
The meeting was slated to begin at 7 p.m., but was roughly a dozen short of the 75 voters needed. Woodcock thanked the roughly 60 people who showed up to Orange Town Hall and apologized for the inconvenience. He said the meeting has been rescheduled for 7 tonight.
