Jaclyn H. Kidd, 31, of Bray Road, Buckland. Charge of assault and battery on a family or household member, in Buckland, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, (it is) in the interest of justice.

Greenfield, May 30, Judge Michael Ripps

Eva A. Herzig, 52, of Deerfield Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official. Released on personal recognizance, with conditions that she must have no contact with, and stay away from the alleged victim, and from Aster Court in Greenfield. Continued to 7/12/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Greenfield, June 1, Judge Maureen Walsh

Thomas E. Mimitz, 24, listed as homeless, of Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to malicious destruction of property over $250 value. Released on personal recognizance. Must stay away from a specified Conway Street residence. Continued to 7/31/17 for pretrial conference.

Daniel Carson, 49, of Lyman Road, Northfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent in Greenfield but continued without a finding until 5/31/18, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victim’s assessment of $50, head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $726.80. Must have no drugs or alcohol, and subject to screens/tests, and must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended. Admitted to sufficient facts for child endangerment for reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Amended down from child endangerment while under the influence, sentenced to six months in the house of correction, suspended. Placed on probation until 5/11/18. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for violation of miscellaneous municipal motor vehicle ordinance or bylaw. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150 and $50 counsel contribution. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Bethany McKenna, “aka” Demers, 29, of Twelfth Street, Turners Falls. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Bernardston by state police. To be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs and it was paid.

Joel Bonilla, 37, of Springfield. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle in Deerfield to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs, and payment due on 6/8/17. Charge of operating with suspended registration dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Stephanie L. Levine, 37, of Easthampton. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Sunderland to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for having a motor vehicle that isn’t meeting Registry of Motor Vehicles safety standards.

Berry E. Perkins, 50, of Avenue A, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct. Amended to include subsequent offense, assault and battery on a police officer, and assault and battery. Bail set at $10,000 cash. Continued to 6/20/17 for pretrial conference.

Kenyarte K. Taylor, 40, of Amherst Road, Sunderland. Pleaded guilty to assault and battery on family/household member, sentenced to 18 months in the house of correction, six months direct, balance suspended. Placed on probation until 5/31/18 with credit for time served. Must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended, and must have no drugs or alcohol, and subject to screens/tests. Must take and complete the certified batterer’s intervention program, and must abide by any 209A restraining order in existence. Charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, and defacing property were both dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Greenfield, June 2, Judge Mark Pasqueriello

Michael Tondry, 28, of Bernardo Drive, Montague. Pleaded innocent to assault with a dangerous weapon, and malicious destruction of property over $250 value. Bail set at $400 cash. Advised of right to bail review. Released with conditions, must stay away from and have no contact with a named person, stay away from a specified address, and must have no alcohol subject to screens/tests, continued to 7/11/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Eric J. Boyer, 33, of Bayberry Court, Greenfield. Possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, breaking and entering a vehicle or boat at nighttime with intent to commit a felony, and receiving a stolen credit card. Bail set at $750 cash. Continued to 6/29/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Matthew A. Campagna, 30, of Grinnell Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to larceny under $250, breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, and vandalizing property. Released on personal recognizance. Must have no alcohol and subject to screens, must stay away from and have no contact with a named person, and property of the named person. Continued to 7/11/17 for pretrial conference.

Theresa M. Therien, 53, of Homestead Avenue, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 7/11/17 for pretrial conference.
